WG assumed the role of lead agency for Skye Canyon master-planned community from a prior agency who had set up an interest list for prospective homebuyers. Approximately 100 names fed into the list per month from paid social during the prior agency's tenure. WG saw this as an opportunity to expand this exponentially, using short video lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. These well-targeted campaigns consistently garner over 600 leads a month building a robust internal list used to market community events and homebuilder promotions.
