Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, healthcare providers like Nevada Eye Physicians had to be creative in maintaining their business and providing ophthalmologic care to their patients. Nevada Eye Physicians quickly implemented NextGen Virtual Visits within days of the stay-at-home directive from the state. WG promoted these new Virtual Visits telehealth appointments to the public across all advertising channels therefore helping Nevada Eye Physicians not only maintain their current patients, but also increase new patient volume by performing quick rechecks and prescription refills virtually.
